Yes, but WestJet runs 7 flights per day.. AC did have 4 flights planned for YYC-YWG, all on A220’s., but that all went sideways when the Alta/Sask/Man governments gave WestJet millions of dollars. My flight to a wedding in YWG got cancelled once the moneys was handed out to WestJet.
