The US website wouldn’t allow me to look up flights at all this morning, around 5AM EDT. It is now almost 2PM EDT and it will now allow me to look at the flights but when I select the one I want to purchase, it won’t allow me to purchase due to website issues. I have to say I’m quite shocked that the website still isn’t working. I don’t think I’ve ever come across an airline website not allowing me to purchase a ticket and I would think getting that fixed would be a top priority for them. Obviously I was wrong. This is my first time dealing with AF - I’m generally loyal to star alliance, but wanted to try something different this time. I’m not flying for a while so I’m not in a rush, but I’m still rather surprised that the website is still down.
