This has been a problem for a while. I had a PE flight to London last April, booked in N but when credited to Aegean, AC said it was an A fare code so only 50%. Aegean was useless in helping out, even thought I sent the pdf showing the purchased ticket was an N code. Same problem in December, bought PE but because AC is now using A as the PE code, only get 50%. Now I only book economy and buy the bulkhead, I get the same number of points at half the price. Both AC and Aegean were useless in this situation as well, even showing Aegean it was a PE fare.
