The other nasty glitch that was frequent in the past and still happens now from time to time: when making a search on the app, the flights offered are the day *after* the date entered in the search. Of course when looking at flights one does no longer look at the date, assuming that the app returns what has been asked for. I fell into that trap several times. Fixing it right after it happened by calling the ULTI line was easy, but much more difficult when noticing a few weeks later, the day before the actual departure, and flights are full.
This one has driven me crazy several times and I had to call at least twice to fix the date once I realized I booked at the wrong date. I never have it from France time zone, but I have it as long as I am in a different time zone, even if it's only +1 or -1 hour.
