The other nasty glitch that was frequent in the past and still happens now from time to time: when making a search on the app, the flights offered are the day *after* the date entered in the search. Of course when looking at flights one does no longer look at the date, assuming that the app returns what has been asked for. I fell into that trap several times. Fixing it right after it happened by calling the ULTI line was easy, but much more difficult when noticing a few weeks later, the day before the actual departure, and flights are full.
The shocking thing is how many errors fall into the "critical function" category: pretending there are no flights, giving wrong dates, giving wrong price information, no functioning payment process. An erroneous information on the menu served on board can be a major nuisance to passengers, but it's not mission critical for an airline. But not being able to sell your product is the worst nightmare for every company - or at least it should be. But then, AFKL (esp. AF) often does not work like a normal company.
