As a newbie, I have been trying to find a ticket LAX-TPE for late March early April of 2024 using ANA miles but cannot seem to find seats. What time PST or Pacific Time is the earliest that I can check for next day's ANA seat release? I have been told that ANA releases seats at 9am Tokyo Time which is 4pm PT but when I check the website it does not seem to "open another day" on its search calendar.

To clarify, if I want to be checking at the moment that ANA website updates or opens up another day in advance (360 days in advance etc), what Pacific Time should I be logging in to search such newly-opened-date seats? thank you for your help.
