This has been a problem for me as well. Sometimes the folio is right there and the points are all correct, while other times the points are obviously wrong and the folio just leads to a corrupted file. Most frustrating is that I have my account set up to automatically email me folios after my stays, but sometime in the past couple of months that stopped happening. Now I need to remember to get a printout from the front desk at checkout (like the old days).
