SQ 26 SIN to JFK partial equipment change, can't select proper seats?
Hey folks, last year I originally booked 2 tickets in Suites from SIN to JFK for later this year. However, with the relatively recent change where the A380 is no longer flown from FRA to JFK, there is no Suites class on that leg. However, in the app and in emails with the support team it looks like the entire itinerary from SIN to JFK got changed to First class, instead of just the FRA-JFK leg. Based on recent flights, I've confirmed that the A380 is indeed flown on the SIN-FRA leg. I'd like to be able to select my seats in Suites class to guarantee being able to have a double suite in rows 1-2, but because the class is wrong the app/site won't let me select, and emailing support doesn't seem to work either. Anyone else in this situation/any recourse for this?
