I wonder the same too. Its like, dumb down the first information page as much as possible while including a bunch of marketing/upsell opportunities. Then if you actually want more relevant information, you have to navigate down through layers of menus to get what used to be available at first glance or with a single click/scroll.

NOTHING HAS EVER CHANGED. I worked for a software company for 25 years. We had a killer product. And it never had enough features or was easy enough (oxymoron intended) for many of our customers that .....ed and whined no matter what we did.
