So a comment. My wife's flight from CTL to PHX yesterday evening, she had the short rib. The salad had shrimp on it and she is allergic, so when asked to have it removed, the FA said, "just don't eat it". REALLY. While she does need to ingest it to stop breathing others just have to have it near by. AA really need to think about food allergies and train some of these "attendants" to better recognize and service the passenger. They want more $, then start working.
