My 1st booking as RA has been upgraded on-line 48 hrs later from a DLX SUP (is that deluxe & superior?) City View, to a Delux Harbour View.
Great to see the upgrades on-line, but shouldn't it be to a suite or executive room, by which I would presume Executive would be one of the club rooms they have a separate rate for?
Which property are you booked at? Could be no suites currently available on those dates. And at a property like the IC Hong Kong, being moved to a harbour room is a significant upgrade, even if it is the same category.
