Not a newbie but probably not worth a thread (and was not sure which thread to add to): Flew BA LIN-LHR-IAD. LIN-LHR got cancelled and rebooked and was credited with LPs via the distance method. Called, got connected to customer service (?) explained the problem and she said it would be fixed right away. A week later and I still see the distance method for this leg. Do I keep calling?
And the answer is you sit and wait. Today (April 5) I got an email that my flight from March 20 was adjusted, so next time I will expect a two-week turnaround time.
