My understanding is that as BA is the marketing carrier throughout that you would get BA's 2x 32kg baggage allowance. At least according to IATA MSC rules. However, maybe BA don't follow those rules? In which case Qatar operate on a weight concept for that route so it would be your economy allowance which is 25kg plus the OW benefit of 15kg, but not limited to one piece.
