Take the non-stop absolutely.

Non-stop means one less take off and landing to give you discomfort flying.

If you are flying first class, first class comes with two free bags up to 70lbs. In first class on a flight of that length, there will be a meal. On the E175 there are no ovens so it will be a cold meal.

Even if flying economy, my preference would absolutely still be the non-stop on the E175 over a connection especially only a 33 minute connection.
