On the desktop site, select your flight and click continue. Then click on your cart (green icon in the upper-right corner). Scroll down and you will see a plus sign next to "Taxes and Carrier Imposed Fees". Click on it and you can see the cost breakdown by line item.

$14.90 is the bare minimum cost for a domestic flight for most departure airports these days so that is a rule of thumb you can use in conjunction with the displayed fare to estimate the CIC.

Usually if the Discount Den and standard fares for a flight are the same, the CIC will be very low.
