Moving between classes goes ONE direction:
F can visit J and Y
J can visit Y
Y can visit the lavatory in Y
I'd say there are (very limited) exceptions. Let's say I was in C and my wife was in F and I couldn't get my laptop to work properly or something of that nature and wanted to seek out her advice. I don't think it's completely unreasonable for me to go up there to quickly chat with her. Anything longer than that, I agree, is inappropriate.
