As for bags it has been reported before that when rebooking there is a surcharge equivalent to the difference between the fee for adding a bag to the (new) reservation now and what you already paid, i.e. you loose the discount on the bag fee that you got from booking the bag from the outset. If seating is more expensive now than when you booked; i assume that you will have to pay that difference as well.
