We did not expect the top of the rail to be unreachable until we had taken our first steps down. Just wondering if the staircase heights vary and the wrong one was used.
The CRJ Stairs are built into the aircrafts main cabin door, so its not possible for the wrong stairs to be used. The stair heights vary depending on which CRJ it is, The 900 and 700 stairs are much steeper due to the overall height of the aircraft (also they don't have slides). The CRJ200 stairs arnt as bad.
