The CX F seat does have an ottoman for eating with somebody else, so it's not like they would need to share a seat.. Obviously, I expect that would typically be another F passenger.
The ottoman is absolutely not comfy as a seat. Fine to have a glass of Krug 2004 with wifey (we usually do it), but not for dining.
