Sorry to hear your daughter is having issues, and while not a guaranteed solution / having just flown LHR - DOH - PER with QR on a BA ticket (125 stock), once I loaded my flight into the QR app I was given a specific option to add luggage to my booking via the app front screen, so it seems bizarre you can’t do it online or via a phone call. Unfortunately I didn’t need to add luggage - so I can’t offer advice on physically going through the app to do this - but given the option was so prominent - it seems very strange your daughter can’t action it!
