- How are the rooms?Room was good, spacious enough, nice view, very comfy bed, Nespresso machine

Good:
- Comfy and clean room
- Really nice lounge
Bad:
- Check-in was somewhat confusing & difficult, asked to add to my file I would like an early check-in. At 10am at the check-in desk the agent told me check-in is at 15h before even looking into my booking. Then when he realized I have status, tried to arrange something but said to come back an hour later. We opted to go explore the city instead. When we got back late afternoon, their system had crashed and we were told to come back in an hour but then the check-in agent remembered me and suddenly found my room key & drinks voucher that had already been prepared.
- The drinks voucher would only allow terrible wine.
- Did you get club lounge access? How was the lounge?The lounge was actually really really nice. Great evening cocktail with large choice of drinks and even larger choice of food! Anyone staying at this hotel and not interested in discovering Seoul's food culture / restaurant will never have to pay for dinner! There's plenty and it's tasty!
- What about welcome drinks, welcome amenities or any other special perks?Fruits and a half bottle of wine were waiting for us in the room. Drinks voucher had a limited selection of pretty poor drinks.
- Value for $ or Vouchers? Would you return?Overall I enjoyed my stay. Not sure I'd return since it's on the pricey side but I wouldn't dismiss it either
