- Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? Korean Style Traditional Room - Ondol. This is what I received

- How are the rooms? Very lovely traditional room. Super clean, giant tv, minibar, water dispenser (cold/hot/still/sparkling) I was very pleased with it.

- What was good and what was bad?

Good:
- Great staff
- Nice welcome amenities
- Lovely room
- Conveniently close to Incheon airport (in Seoul terms)

Bad:
- The floor heating underneath the mattress was too much.

- Did you get club lounge access? How was the lounge? N/A

- What about welcome drinks, welcome amenities or any other special perks?
- Had sweets, fruits and a good bottle of Chilean red in the room. Free minibar (alcohol included).

- Value for $ or Vouchers? Would you return? Would return for a short night stop in Seoul, for sure.
