I'm in your same situation, and will be finalizing my booking soon. I posted a similar question a week ago and I only got one reply on this forum and was told to compare the rebooking/ cancelation policies.

On the KE web site, there is a summary page that clearly spells out the fees for change and cancellation. On the DL web site, it gives this very long text with only all capital letters and almost no punctuation, then it cuts off somewhere with no indication of a monetary amount, only mentioning "fee."
