Wow! I can't believe how long this has been going on! Not even a "There are website issues" notice. It's like they won't even admit there's a problem and leaving it to the end-users to conclude it's their fault. If people can't book online, or they think AF/KL have absolutely no inventory out of the US, they will move on. I don't believe for a second that this isn't affecting their bottom line.
This should be an IT all-hands-on-deck emergency with the very best pulling an all-nighter. But I guess not. No wonder LH beat them out in buying ITA.
