My husband has just discovered that as of end of March he’s now Bronze (I’m still blue), but we don’t know why! Only a couple of revenue short haul flights in the last year (together) and then rewards redemption with companion voucher (together…). He did get some comp avios for a complaint in Jan but surely that wouldn’t come with tier points. Any idea why?!
