I telephoned the FB department and they said, "Yes, you cannot search when logged in. IT is working on it." He then said if you search by one-way, it will work. I tried one-way and he was correct. Itineraries displayed. He said, "If you search by round trip, it causes it to not work" like it's my fault for searching using round trip like a majority of travelers use.

I asked does this mean nobody in America can search and book flights when logged in. He said yes. He said it will be fixed "maybe by Friday [4/7]. We hope."

So there you have it. According to a FB agent, you currently cannot search round-trip itineraries when logged in to FB.

Is this believable?
