yes it is. To get it call GGL and they will put you on a list which gets sent to Hilton - it may take a week or two to show on your Hilton account.
Hilton is now showing my account has dropped to Gold (it was diamond until March). Has anyone gotten that as well? I guess I'll have to send another email to the GGL team?
