That chicken and veg pie was disgraceful on my LHR-LAX flight last week. The reason it's so shallow is there's no filling. Literally 3 tiny pieces of chicken lost in the sauce that would have struggled to look well-filled in a dish half the size. It was tasty enough, but really so awful in terms of presentation and quantity.
