Well in the US where first is just regular Business class I try to avoid McDonald's land and my comment was in no way of form intended for the US market specifically. I have flown for 30+ years and there have never been any issues of stretching my legs while in J or F down to Y

Not sure about TSA here, isn't this a FAA jurisdiction? Honestly asking here.
