We only have three nights in Rome, so time is definitely a factor. 32 minutes to/from Rome is tough to beat even if a taxi is the same price, but can take twice as long (not to mention the unpredictability of traffic). Is the Leonardo Express crammed with so many people during the summer months that it's often standing room-only?? There aren't very many minibuses that I would classify as being more comfortable than the type of train Leonardo Express looks to be (similar to Arlanda Express). Our Airbnb (currently booked) is just a 10-minute walk from Termini, and we arrive early enough that it may not be ready for us. If it isn't ready, there are luggage storage lockers near Trevi we will use and do touristy stuff nearby until it's ready.
