Overall a good experience April 3 on AA 135 LHR-LAX in J
Crew was amazing, they did PDB and were very good at refills throughout the flight, even refilled the nuts served after takeoff before the meals started coming.
Food was good, the only bad thing as you can see in the pictures was the brisket…way too dry and a bit chewy. Won’t order that again. The starter was good, and for pre landing meal I really liked the hummus/mezze option…def tastes more fresh and not as processed/unhealthy like the mini pies, but not too healthy like the salad option.
Champagne option was solid and a more “known” name which I appreciated. Red wines were not as good…was expecting a nice California red option on this flight but well can’t complain much.
sundae of course couldn’t go wrong…and I like when the flight attendants put the other dessert options in the galley with the other snacks…so I also had the cheese and chocolate mousse later during the flight…calories don’t count when in the air!
