Thanks! It's very interesting watching how the price changes throughout the year and how the rate on a given date increases as that date approaches. At some hotels the price spikes as we get closer to check-in date, while others it barely moves or even drops.
If anybody needs a room in Cairo in the next few weeks, between today and about April 20, many of the IHG hotels in Cairo, Egypt have lower rates than normal. Also, you can book the Holiday Inn Cairo Maadi on Mar 18, 2024 - the very last day of the schedule - for $106.51 or 20k points for the night (which is less than the lowest rate of $122/night found in the new year).
