Additionally I booked an airport transfer, the driver did not show up. I was caught by a rip off taxi (faking an official one), paid for 3x more than normal fare.
This is my first BAH, but not impressed at all even though this will give double TPs...
You can complain to BA about the seat. They usually fob you off with some Avios. BAH won’t be able to do much.
I guess BAH might be able to help with the transfer or lack thereof.
