Maybe Priority Pass/Collinson Group or Club MCO will subsidize/freebie the lounge access as part of a product placement advertisement or more.
Assuming they use terminal 3 as the Gatwick flight does, there is only the Plaza Premium and last week it was packed before the BA flight (mainly with once a year Club flyers on Tesco miles, plus the AmEx Army), let alone with 200 more piling in with lilos and sombreros
