Goo Gone for sure. But that is a mild sticky. Usually something else sticky will pull up the old sticky. Try just sticking some packing tape on and pulling it off repetedly until gone.
I was just going to say this. I'd be afraid that a solvent like isopropyl alcohol or acetone would permanently damage the surface.
