For a honeymoon / anniversary or other special occasion yes its still probably worth it but otherwise it probably is not .
EI status gets you Fast Track , lounge and priority boarding. So imho the price for slightly faster security and a car to the gate in an airport as small as Dublin for your average citizen isn’t nearly worth it unless you’re spoiling yourself
