I totally forgot to write a review of my stay, sorry.
The walking from T3 to the hotel is very easy, even with luggage. The shuttle can be easily prebooked for the trip to the airport.

In my opinion, for an airport hotel in Mexico, this one is overpriced.
The room is good enough, perfectly adequate for a night stay or two. Common areas are nice, Pool area nice too.

Breakfast was nothing special, few choices, mediocre quality. Also, if the breakfast hours are advertised from 6am, I expect everything to be ready by 6:05... not that half of the table and the breakfast items are still to be put out at 6:15.

Room service need to be improved. 1h after the delivery time has passed we called to know what happened to our food (hamburgers). It took literally 3 min of phone ringing for someone to pick up and then retake our order without admitting they lost it in the first place. 15 min after the call food was delivered, the waiter admitted they lost the order and suggested to complain. Also, since they had to scramble to quickly fulfill the order, the burgers came with (lukewarm) small baked potatoes instead of fries. We complained at checkout the morning after, and they made it right comping the dinner.

I would not use this hotel for a vacation, just for a late arrival/early departure at the airport.
