Pretty much all of the michelin 2-3 stars cantonese places and some of 1 star places in hk and macau, and other places of course.
I'm not easily impressed with most places, but I was impressed by the chairman. I go back multiple times (last time I was there was a few years ago - not sure if you can even book it now). I also go back to lung king heen multiple times for dim sum only, but it's not perfect every time.
Macau cantonese generally caters to mainland chinese and all have heavier taste which is not my traditional cantonese preference.
