Anyone encountered the issue where despite being in an eligible upgrade fare class (in this case premium economy, LH E - originally UA A) they receive a "number of travelers entered does not match the number of travelers in the reservation" error? Any tips to resolve? thank you!
Update: This ironed itself out with a little bit of patience. Waited 24 hours and tried again, went through with no issues.
