Booked PHX-IAH-LHR-LIS using points, the international legs are via BA so only 57.5k points for business class. Well today I check and it is now PHX-DFW-IAH-LHR-LIS which is getting ridiculous. There is no flight that will get me from PHX to IAH in time for the overnight flight from IAH to LHR.

What should I be asking for when I contact AA? Obviously I'd like to be rebooked, preferably PHX-LHR-LIS, but I'm guessing that since this was an award ticket, they won't be able to do that unless they have award availability and that is unlikely. Can I get any recompense here or is this a take it or leave it situation?
