As others have said, this is doable, but tight / could devolve rapidly if you are delayed or there are long lines.

You will need to clear CBP. Once you are landslide, you’ll need to go upstairs and go through TSA. There was a TSA line in the landslide exit area at one point, but I didn’t see it when I went through in December / wasn’t paying much attention as I was headed for Pre anyway.

I’d post your 5* questions on the AA forum as I don’t know if they escort through CBP (unlike say Air France LP ground services at JFK).
