Inquired about this as self-service laundry is important for me, which is why I like the CY Namdaemun property over the CY Times Square property. Was told by the hotel staff, that LM guests need to use the paid laundry service, as the self-service laundry at Moxy is only for Moxy guests. Didn't expect this type of response at a dual-branded property with the same management team.

For those who care about self-service laundry options at the property near Myeongdong and is Marriott branded, there are three options:
1. CY Namdaemun
2. Aloft Myeongdong (right next door to the LM/Moxy)
3. FP Seoul Station
