I have a car rental from Miami Airport end of May. I keep checking prices every few days, and I am finding cheaper prices if I run do a new booking but if I modify existing one to update it the price doesn't change.

I have already cancelled and rebooked twice. Will it be an issue if I do this too many times with Hertz?
