That's narrow gauge only, RENFE trains require a change in Miranda de Ebro.

The narrow gange trains are run by Euskotren (www.euskotren.eus). Put "ZAZPIKALEAK/CASCO VIEJO-BILBAO" as departure and "HENDAIA" as destination. Hourly departures, takes 2:45 from Bilbao to Donostia/San Sebastian, where you change for Hendaia/Hendaye (another 40 mins or so). But it's cheap, € 6.50 single.
