CAI was still using world colours BP's earlier this year. As noted above, GIB use the most primitive printed BP's I had ever seen - until I visited the AKL transit desk which was equally primitive!

LH, SQ and CX all use different colours for first - co-incidentally the colour is red for all 3. I have a feeling TG do too.
