I was saying Bait & Switch because multiple Barclay agents insisted that this's a systemwide issue, and they said there's no timeline to resolution. In that sense, no expectation can be made as to whether one can receive this benefit or not, hence my Bait & Switch comment. It's great that after posting this thread, I now learned that there're other DPs that successfully received this benefit, hinting that the "systemwide issue" is non-existent. This gives me more confidence to go back to their customer service, and insist that they solve my issue as an individual breakdown, instead of deflecting everything to the system. For the record, I did ask to be escalated to a supervisor but was refused. Agents were very adamant about the problem being systemwide and told me they can't manually adjust. Your comment on disputing is on point, I think I'll try again with Barclay's reps first.
