I was on a latitude AP ticket with a confirmed eupgrade, flight ended up being cancelled and I had to get on a very specific flight but J was zeroed out. I suspect someone had to give up their seat or AC had some seats blocked. I was ready to give up my eupgrade and have to sit in Economy. I didn't get the sense that because my ticket was non-rev that it would be treated differently.
