Bait & Switch would imply they purposely advertised one thing without intending to give it to you. What looks like is happening in your case is a breakdown in the process somewhere. It usually only takes a few days. My 3/17 purchase of $19 was credited on 3/20. When you've called have you asked to be escalated to a supervisor? Disputing the charge may backfire, as that would end up going back to the merchant (ViaSat), though they aren't party to this complaint. It's purely a Barclay problem to be resolved.
