During my stay in mid-March, there was the option of the buffet or a la carte for globalists. I had the buffet the first day and while decent quality wasn't anything special. The next few days I ordered a la carte, and my favorite meals were the omelet and papas con chorizo (you can ask for real chorizo as the default is Beyond Meat I believe). I also liked the side of biscuits and gravy.
