Can't you download them onto your Ipad or Phone? That's what I do - IFE is usually rubbish.
Unfortunately one cannot elegantly download Flyertalk content and submit posts offline. It's not completely impossible but requires external tools. A not insignificant percentage of my posts are made when flying.
But yes, the broad internet experience when flying makes flights pass by very quickly, particularly the longer schleps like GRU and SEA.
